Doing Maitena's homework

My student Maitena (also known here as Catalina) has written two posts here and here. I couldn't understand the problem she had with the third one, which I received via email. That's why I'm here, invading my students' blog to post this for her.
This is her "post".

Graffiti:

At the corner of 9 de Julio Avenue and Avenida de Mayo, there is a painting on the wall of the building, just at the corner, which summarises in images, the most significant symbols of Buenos Aire city.

Although Bueno Aires is a cosmopolitan city where you can final people from all over the world, it also has a strong identity, especially in its music Tango. Tango is Buenos Aires and the painting shows basically that. People dancing, musical instruments, all images that represent no other city but Buenos Aires.

Apart from the images related to Tango, we can also see typical things of Buenos Aires city such as buses, bus stops, people in general.

I think that this particular corner of Buenos Aires best summarises what we are, what we have and what we like.

Of course any society has many aspects in its characteristics and Buenos Aires is not an exception but the wall on the corner of 9 de Julio Avenue and Avenida de Mayo shows what we basically are.

I didn't forget to upload the photo. She didn't send me the link. Sorry, but you are missing the chance of knowing what she is talking about.

Brian’s presentation

Hi, my name is Brian and I’m sixteen years old. I’m an only child so I live whit my parents without brothers or sisters. In my free time I loved playing with my play station 2 but now is broken so I can’t use it. At weekends I like going out with my friends, playing the guitar in my room and chatting. Now I’m in 4th year so I think that the next year I’m going to finish the high school.

The person who has taught me te most is my mother. My dad travells a lot so he isn't much at home. She's more than just a mother to me, she's like a good friend.
She has brown hair and brown eyes. She's always smiling. She isn't very tall and she's thin.
Shw's very considerate and very friendly. She's nice and sensitive. She has a lot of friends and she is a very good mum.
She taught me a lot of important things. She taught me to be honest and never tell lies. She also taught me to be friendly and look for the good in everyone.

My favourite photo

One of my Favourite photos is one of my cousin Sophie and me eating lettuce. My aunt took the photo in summer of 1998
when we were having lunch at my grandmother's house, in Adrogue.
Sophie and me every summer usually stay a week at the house of my grandmother because there is a pool, a nice garden and Adrgue is very quiet.
I like the photo because it is very funny. I keep the photo on the back of the door of my bedroom and when Sophie and I see the photo we usually laugh.

For Gabriela: Do you want to change the colors of the blog? I think they are a littel boring. Think about it

Hi everybody! I wanted to post something about my favourite city. So, enjoy this post!

LOS ANGELES

This city is in California. It's the biggest of California. This city was created in 1781 by a spanish man called Felipe de Neve.

It has got a beach and a lot of people who live there. It's full of shops and big houses. A lot of famous people, actresses and actors, live there.

It's a really beautiful city because of its buildings, films, books and... all! I've never been in Los Angeles, but I'd like to go one day. Please comment and visit a text about Spiderman ( my favourite movie) in the wiki : http://takingitfurther.wikispaces.com/spiderman_by_stephi.
